Santa was back again this year for a family breakfast at West Bend!  Not only did the kids get to tell Santa what they wanted, but they decorated cookies, did crafts and were able to also write Santa a letter.  

We're so thankful for the catering staff as they prepare us these delicious meals every day! Just look around. This Mannequin Challenge is a dedication to them! Thank you! #mannequinchallenge

West Bend associates volunteered at the United Way of Wahington County's kick-off event at Washington County Fair Park.  Approximately 400 volunteers assembled more than 2500 school readiness bags!  

Some of our Marketing Department celebrated the kick off of football season with a little food and fun.  Check out the Packer predictions on the whiteboard.  One win down already!  #GOPACKGO

Happy 10th Anniversary to our Service Center! This great group of service driven associates have been providing outstanding customer service to our insureds and agencies for a decade. This celebration and these people are just one of the many reasons West Bend is a great place to work!

Our CEO, Kevin Steiner, led about 200 associates on a two-mile walk through our beautiful prairie and concluded with a plank and jumping jack challenge to kick off wellness month.  More activities to follow!

The associate garden plots are now officially open! Thanks to the West Bend Sustainability Committee, our associates can each have a garden to grow their own organic produce right on our campus.

West Bend's final four tiebreaker went down today at high noon. The associate that most closely estimated the number of free throws our Asst. VP of HR could make in two minutes was the winner. Deb shot 7 free throws leaving first and second place tied again! The final winner was chosen by the old standby...pick a name out of a hat. Congrats to our associates that won prizes and a huge thank you to Deb for being a great sport!
