Our policyholder website and mobile app offer easy-to-use functionality, intuitive navigation, and the flexibility for policyholders to view and manage their accounts when it’s most convenient for them. If you haven’t used the website or app yet, be sure to check them out soon! You can download the app from the app stores, or you can create an account by following the instructions below.
STEP 1
Download the app from the app stores or navigate to our Policyholder Login page.
STEP 2
Click Sign up to create an account.
STEP 3
Enter your policy number and follow the on-screen prompts.
For Android devices, scan this QR code to download the app or visit the Google Play store.
For Apple devices, scan this QR code to download the app or visit the App Store.
We’re committed to making your customer experience as effortless as possible. We want to make it easy for you to do business with us the way you want to do business. While you can still receive account information, make payments, and report claims as you have in the past, our policyholder website and app provide you another option.
And we’re not done yet! We’ll continue to add more features to these tools, which will bring even more value to how we do business.
Once you create an account on either our Policyholder website or our mobile app, you can choose the option to go paperless.
Visit the Account Settings and choose the paperless option for your policy documents.
